Yoga
Depending on your goals and needs, yoga is a great way to connect mind and body while making room for spirit to flow. Whether it is a gentle stretch or internal heat, each session will end with a better attitude and a dewy glow. Learn more about yoga.

A la carte sessions are $75/hour after a free 30 minute consultation session.
Ayurveda
Ayurveda has the knowledge to capture the root cause and the science to correct or redirect the issue back to the digestive system for excretion, ridding of symptoms and future dis-eases. Learn more about Ayurveda.

The first step we will take is to determine whether or not Ayurveda is a good fit for your needs with a short, free, introductory call. Then, you're ready to register for a Zoom or in-person 1.5 hour session at $185 where we dig deeper into the root issue and the consultation will end with a solution based education outline including an herbal formula, yoga asanas, pranayamas, meditation, and diet recommendation. Follow-up is encouraged around the one to three month mark. These follow-up sessions will be 30 - 45 minutes long, at $75 per session. We have a great referral program, and a sliding scale opportunity. We will customize to your needs and create a package just for you.
Home Organization - Vastu Shastra
Organizing your home is a lengthy process and needs special attention as your home is personal space. Learn more about Vastu Shastra.
This course of development takes up to three to four weeks to accomplish the strong foundation to support your end goals. Typically we will meet in-person for an initial consultation which is free, this is about an hour or so to get logistics underway. The following steps and amount of in-person needs is a case by case process.

Following a consultation conversation about your company's needs, I will customize a six to eight week course around yoga-meditation-breathing techniques, the basics of Ayurveda, and desk/home organization for their personal and career success.
